This private 900 square foot (indoor + outdoor deck) entertaining space is located at the Ninigret Landing Marina in Charlestown, RI.  A waterfront deck and adjoining private room include a private bathroom, two entrances, casual tables & chairs, parking, refrigeration, dedicated sink area and a high counter useful for presentation of food or display. This casual, modern space comfortably seats 25, and can be used for up to  32 people for cocktail party. We can also help you connect with our favorite partners for bar service, catering and  a raw bar with local oysters.

The room features white wainscotting, hardwood floors, and minimal decor. The deck is large enough to add a few tables and chairs or a grill for an event.
