WORK AUTHORIZATION I authorize the above repair work to be done along with the ordering of necessary materials and parts, and I grant Ninigret Landing and/or your employees permission to operate the equipment herein described on waterways or elsewhere for the purposes of testing/ or inspection. An express mechanic’s lien is hereby acknowledged on above equipment to secure the amount of repairs thereto.
